Return and exchange policy

At PEHENAWA, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return or exchange process.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

For size issues, styling concerns, or preference changes, customers may return or exchange the item, although return shipping fees may apply. Once your returned product is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your choice.
